RISC: Radioimmunoassay Standard Curve Determination and Dose Interpolation,

Abstract

The program determines a weighted least squares regression line through a series of data points (up to 50) representing the radio-activities of standard dosages of immunoassayable material. The use of linear regression is made possible by the conversion of the coordinate system to log dose (X) versus logit percent counts per minute (cpm) (Y). Features of the program are discussed, and user instructions for implementing the program are presented.
