A Study of the Retention of Military Skills Acquired in Basic Combat Training.

Abstract

The purpose of the monograph is to analyze the data on the retention of military skills acquired in Basic Combat Training. A Human Resources Research Office (HUMRRO) study served as the model for data which permitted statistical analysis. Performance data were collected in the three Basic Combat Training proficiency areas. (Modified author abstract)
