PERT Cost--Help or Hindrance.
Abstract
The paper reviews the historical aspects of the development of PERT cost, examines its advantages and disadvantages and discusses examples of successful application with a view toward determining its use to the manager in his performance of selected management functions. (Modified author abstract)
