Revenues for the Capital City.

Abstract

By virtue of its position as the nation's capital and its dual responsibility for both state and local functions, the District of Columbia's revenue pattern differs from those of most large cities. The primary concern of the study has been to determine and explain those factors that contribute to differential per capita revenues in the District of Columbia as opposed to those in other major cities.
