Financing Developmental Growth.
Abstract
The paper examines the problem of financing developmental growth in less developed countries of the world. An effort is made to determine whether the structure of developmental financing changes as growth occurs. Consideration is given to the nature of developmental growth, the social and political impact on methods of financing, and the implication of alternative growth strategies. Strategies associated with the capital formation, the transition and the take-off growth models were examined in addition to alternative sources of financial funding and their structural comparisons.
