Abstract
Machining handbook is presented for boron composites for use by engineering and production personnel concerned with fabrication of advanced composite structures. The handbook recommends specific cutting tools and machine tool settings for drilling, reaming, countersinking, milling, routing, and sawing boron/epoxy, boron/ aluminum, and boron/titanium laminates.
