How Can the Army Acquire and Retain ADP Qualified Military Personnel.

Abstract

The basic question is whether or not the Army's current and proposed ADP career programs are adequate to support its ADP manpower requirements in an all-volunteer Army. Each of the Army's current ADP career programs is analysed and its strengths and weaknesses noted. A comparison is made between the Army's commissioned officer program and similar programs in the other Armed Services. (Modified author abstract)
