Zone Structure and Electron Scattering Mechanism in the Solid Solutions Hg(1-x)Cd(x)Te,

Abstract

In this work of zone structure on the Cd content in atomic percents in the Hg(1-x)Cd(x)Te alloys and to clarify the prevalent electron scattering mechanism in this system. With this in mind, macrocloud samples with n-type conductivity were obtained in the range 0 equal to or less than 0.2 by fusing the initial components.
