Detection of Drugs by an Enzyme Method

Abstract

A study was conducted using the standard Army 'G' Agent Detector Kit, ABC-M30A1 as a means for detecting drugs (heroin). The objective of this study was to establish the sensitivity of the enzyme inhibition method for morphine detection and to determine a procedure for rapidly cleaving the glucuronide.
