The Development of Rational Techniques for the Utilization of Electrochemical Machining.

Abstract

Some sixty-two machining tests were conducted with the test device in a production ECM machine, the results of which were numerically analyzed and compared with the theoretical equations. The theory was modified and computer programs written to analyze the mathematical formulation; test computations were performed to verify their accuracy. A computer program has been written so that the rectilinear equilibrium gap can be predicted. (Modified author abstract)
