Nonparametric Tests of Independence for Censored Data with Application to Heart Transplant Studies

Abstract

The authors investigdate which variables are correlated with post- transplant survival length. Variables considered are sex, age, waiting time for donor, and date of transplant. These investigations lead to new nonparametric tests of independence for censored data
