Leadership for the 1970's

Abstract

The purpose of the monograph is to present data associated with the general level of satisfaction with the overall performance of Army leaders. As was done in Monograph No. 1, 24 different groups of leaders will be investigated. Each of the four leadership modules (Field Grade Officer, Company Grade Officer, Senior NCO, and Junior NCO) is split into three categories on the basis of perspective (superior, self, and subordinate). These categories, in turn, are each split into two racial groups (white and non-white).
