Two-Dimensional Chromatography of a Corticosteroid Mixture in a Thin Layer of KSK Silica Gel,

Abstract

A method of two-dimensional chromatography in a thin layer of KSK silica gel was used to effect the separation of a mixture of corticosteroids consisting of cortisone, cortisol and their tetrahydro-derivatives, corticosterone, aldosterone, 11-dehydrocorticosterone, desoxycorticosterone, substance S and its tetrahydro-derivative.
