Annual Variation of the Intensity of the Labrador and West Greenland Currents and the Prediction of Temperature Conditions in Commercially Exploited Regions of the Northwest Atlantic Ocean,

Abstract

The paper reports an investigation of the possibility of predicting temperature conditions in the Newfoundland and Labrador regions from water temperatures along the Kola meridian. Historical temperature data for the Labrador and West Greenland Currents are given and analyzed.
