Abstract
Kinetics of enzyme catalysis are discussed in the Russian translation. Included are problems of enzyme kinetics, basic concepts of chemical and enzyme kinetics, features of enzyme catalysis and differences from non-enzyme catalysis, kinetic classification of enzymatic reactions, steady-state kinetics of one-way reactions with one substrate, steady-state kinetics of two-way reactions with one substrate and one product, steady-state kinetics of enzymatic reactions with two substrates, kinetics of inhibition of enzymatic reactions, effect of temperature on kinetics of enzymatic reactions, and kinetics of reactions catalyzed by cholinesterases.
