Development of Analytical Methods for the Determination of Experimental Antimalarials in Biological Fluids.
Abstract
Experimental work has been conducted to allow the development of analytical methods for the determination of antimalarial drugs in biological fluids. Both spectrofluorometric and gas chromatographic techniques have been applied to the analysis of WR 33063, WR 122455 and WR 171669 in human plasma. All developmental work has been based upon the potential utility of such methods to the clinical trial of new drugs. (Modified author abstract)
