Coherent Optical Testing Methods for Mirrors.

Abstract

Several methods of optical component testing are reviewed. These methods are then demonstrated by evaluating several mirrors designed to be used in a high energy CO2 laser system. The methods described were selected because they can be easily used to make a rapid evaluation of optical components. (Author)
