The Contemporary Foreign Behavior of the U.S. and U.S.S.R.: An Application of Rummel's Status-Field Theory

Abstract

This is a comparative study of the contemporary foreign behavior of the United States and the Soviet Union. The comparison is carried out first, by defining the patterns of behavior of the two super powers; and second, by comparing the similarities and differences between them. The theoretical basis for this research is R. J. Rummel's Status-Field Theory. (Modified author abstract)
