Project COCHISE: Concept and Status.

Abstract

The technical note is one of a series devoted to a brief description of scientific programs that contribute to an understanding of the physics and chemistry of the upper atmosphere under normal and disturbed conditions. This issue discusses one such program--the COld CHemi-excited Infrared Simulation Experiment (COCHISE). (Author)
