Development of a Long-Range Concept for Performance Assurance of Air Traffic Control and Navigation Facilities. Volume II. Cost Analysis.
Abstract
This is the second volume of an Interim Report of progress in the development of a concept for a long range program of system performance assurance for the Federal Aviation Agency. The analysis covers the cost and schedule aspects of performance assurance, in accordance with the most recent FAA program. The data were gathered in the same time period as that reported upon in Volume I (AD-770 338), and the two efforts were made in parallel. However, since the findings reported here are based on financial and program considerations only, the conclusions of the two volumes were arrived at independently.
