Radioactivity of the Atmosphere and Surface of the Earth,

Abstract

The collection of articles considers questions of the natural radioactivity of the troposphere and radioactive contamination of it and of the earth's surface by products of atomic explosions, as well as questions of the use of radioactive tracers in meteorological studies. The first section, deals with natural radioactivity of the atmosphere. The second section is devoted to global radioactive contamination of natural media. The third section deals with physico-chemical properties of aerosols. The fourth section is devoted to problems of measurement methodology. (Modified author abstract)
