An Ecological Approach to the Problem of Biodegradation of Phenolic Wastes.
Abstract
An attempt was made to isolate and identify those organisms associated with cresol metabolism in the industrial waste waters of Kelly Air Force Base. Results of this work are presented in addition to preliminary studies on the metabolism of cresol oxidation by these organisms. (Author)
