Resonance Spectra of Molecules Related to Laser Materials.

Abstract

The excited state spectra of uranyl ion in glass, Ho3+ ion in single crystal CaWo4 and Cr (acac) 3 in an organic glass (EPA) have been observed and characterized in terms of lifetimes and adsorption regions. A new transition has also been observed in the spectrum of the Cr3+ ion in corundum crystal (ruby). (Author)
