An Electrostatic Aerosol Filter,
Abstract
The purpose of this invention is increased efficiency of aerosol trapping and the simplification of filter design. This is achieved by equipping the filter with a zigzag-shaped gas impermeable partition which divides the body of the filter into two chambers, one of which is combined with the device for the circulation of the electrifying agent and the other with the inlet and outlet ducts for the purified air.
