Design and Experimental Investigation of a High-Voltage Photoelectric Generator,
Abstract
The study presents a calculation of the parameters of a photoelectric generator with a working surface perpendicular to the plane of the p-n junction with reference to the drift fields in the base. Results of measurement of load and spectral characteristics, and transmission and reflection characteristics are presented. The possibilities of using the generator for converting radiant energy are discussed. (Author)
