Packet Communication

Abstract

Experience with, analysis of, and exposition on contemporary computer communication networks, including particularly the ARPA Computer Network and the ALOHA System, are combined and presented to expose the unifying influence of packet-switching in the application of computers in communication systems and in the organization of distributed computing systems.
