Group Judgment Technology
Abstract
The Delphi Project is to develop improved procedures for the use of expert judgment in decision-making through computer-based on-line decision structure which can be employed to formulate policy problems and select preferred policy options. The laboratory configuration was completed and experiments were conducted.
