Invertibility Conditions for a Class of Finite State Systems Evolving on Groups.

Abstract

A class of systems, introduced by Brockett and Willsky, that evolve homorphically on finite groups is considered. A general result, extending the linear sequential circuit Hankel matrix result of Massey and Sain, is derived. Also, an analog of the Brockett-Mesarovic result is obtained when our attention is restricted to abelian group systems. (Author)
