Let's Use Herbicides,
Abstract
Herbicides, in Gorodets District were first used in 1962. At first aviation, and then from this service, it appeared despite the fact that the areas of chemical weed control grew steadily. For the entire number of farms the seeding of grains (without intersowing perenniel grass) was thoroughly treated with herbicided. The application of herbicides on small grain crops resulted in higher yields with small expenditures. The application of herbicides on seeded plots makes it possible to obtain second and first class seed after one cleaning based on purity, whereas untreated seed must be passed through the grain cleaning machine two-three times.
