Production of Overoxygenerated Air by Isothermal Adsorption,

Abstract

The object of the present study is to investigate the theoretical work of fractionation of air (considered to be a binary mixture consisting of 79% nitrogen and 21% oxygen), and in particular, its variations as a function of adsorbent selectivity, with the intention of determining the maximum results that could be achieved if ideal adsorbents of increasing selectivity were available.
