Career Area Rotation Model: User's Manual.

Abstract

The Career Area Rotation Model was designed as a managerial aid for investigating and evaluating the various diverse policy interactions which impact on the deployability posture of the Air Force. This user's manual provides user-oriented documentation in sufficient detail to give the prospective user a complete grasp of the concepts and logic underlying the model. The presentation includes: A comprehensive overview of the system; a description of the system modules and the interrelationships of their inputs and outputs; detailed instructions on input card formats, with appropriate discussion as to the relationship between input parameters and applications of the model; and a description and explanation of reports generated by the model.
