Composition Identification of Essential Oils in Raw Vegetables,
Abstract
Qualitative composition of ether oils of the dried spicy aromatic vegetable raw material used for adding aroma to liqueur-vodka products vermouth, was determined by a simple, convenient, and fast method of thin layer chromatography which may be used during technical control of production of scented drinks.
