The Chemistry of PbS Photodetectors. Volume I. The Chemistry of Sensitization.

Abstract

It is shown that sensitization of PbS films for photoconductivity always produces PbSO4, whether the process is nominally an oxidation or involves treatment with certain reducing agents. (Author)
