Technology Assessment and Transfer Methodology for the Department of the Army.
Abstract
Part 2 of a final report conveys suggested methodologies that can be used by the Army in performing technology assessments. The material is arranged to permit Army personnel to examine how each matrix was prepared that is used in the Annexes to the final report. The message on how-to-do-it has in the main been conveyed by use of illustrative examples. Simplifying assumptions have been made and in each case carefully noted.
