Evaluation of Projects for Counter-Seasonality Measures.
Abstract
The report addresses the Corps of Engineers' response to seasonality in construction, and develops a method which allows for the evaluation of project selection in implementing measures to combat seasonal effects. The evaluation is based on the project's network representation and its sensitivity to various start dates and counter-seasonality methods. (Modified author abstract)
