High Pressure Liquid Chromatographic Analysis of Morphine in Pharmaceutical Preparation.

Abstract

The authors studied the stability of morphine solutions stored for various times at 95C by two methods: the high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) system and the Lach low-pressure-UV spectrophotometer system. It was concluded that the high-pressure system offers advantages over the low-pressure system. (Modified author abstract)
