Abstract
The User's Manual contains a detailed description of the programs comprising the ELIM-COMPLIP system. In general, the following format, where applicable, is followed: Introduction (What this program does); output (how to read and interpret the output); sample output (actual listings); files (the logical file names and their content); input form (sample form and explanation of how to complete it); card input (where to get the data, how to prepare the cards, and a listing of sample card input); and job control (annotated listing of job control for the Control Data 6400 computer). Part 1 deals with the Data Processor Module and Factor Development Module.
