Logistics Performance Measures at the Intermediate Level.

Abstract

The report describes the second phase of a DCSLOG sponsored study of logistics performance measures. The first phase dealt with measuring supply and maintenance performance at divisional and nondivisional support units. Phase 2 addresses the intermediate level, i.e., that part of the Army support organization structure between the combat division and the national inventory control points. Supply and maintenance measures and objectives are advanced and ranked by relative importance in terms of support given to troop units. (Author)
