Determining the Field of Displacement Rates during the Shaping of the Periodically Repeating Transverse Corrugations,

Abstract

The process of shaping the transverse corrugations consists of two stages. When forming the dead-end transverse corrugations in the roll of a section-bending mill, plane plastic deformation occurs. Expressions are obtained for determining the field of displacement rates of the elementary particles in the process of forming the dead-end transverse corrugations in the area of deformation.
