Abstract

The Dimensionality of Nations Project has had as long-range goals improving the ability to forecast international relations, and theoretically linking a number of diverse quantitative research approaches to international relations. The research itself involved analyzing the global system of nation- dyads to determine the linkages between behavior and nation similarities and differences (Task 1), repeating this analysis for Asian dyads (Task 2), and a simulation employing the results (Task 3). This Five-Year Program has been concluded, and the purpose of the report is to overview its accomplishments to date through summarizing and annotating the publications issued under the Program, 1967-1973.
