Semi-Conductor Microcooler,
Abstract
The construction of a new semi-conductor microcooler which can decrease the temperature of an object by 110-115 K is described in detail. Results of the testing of the microcooler are graphically represented. The microcooler can be used for studying thermophysical properties of objects in a wide range of temperatures and for conducting biological investigations.
