Public Enterprises: Resource Allocation.

Abstract

A great deal of controversy has arisen with regard to the practice of marginal cost pricing as a public sector policy to achieve efficient resource allocation. The report presents together the different aspects of this very complex problem to establish a more clarified aggregate picture. (Modified author abstract)
