Simulations and associated assessment procedures were developed to assess three levels of military personnel on 11 leadership dimensions. Materials and procedures were also developed for training staff personnel to conduct the simulations and employ the assessment instruments. The report describes the developmental process and the materials that resulted. Organizational simulations appear to contribute an aspect to assessment center programs that is not obtainable through other techniques. (Author)
