Effect of Radiation by Neutrons of 14 MeV on Certain Parameters of P217V and IT906A Transistors,
Abstract
Transistors were intended for use in transformer circuits operating in a radiation field. The article reports results of measurements of the static transmission factor of the current on the border of the saturation area and the reverse current of the collector, depending on the integrated neutron flux.
