On Constructing an OL(n,3) Design by the Method of Sum Composition,
Abstract
In the paper, the author has constructed an OL(n,3) design by the method of sum composition. This is an extension of the theory of sum composition developed by Hedayat and Seiden. The result of this paper thus clears up a problem which has existed for four years in this area. The author has also briefly reviewed the present status of the theory of sum composition.
