Evaluation of Runway Skid-Resistance Characteristic at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota.

Abstract

Data gathered during the Air Force Weapons Laboratory (AFWL) standard skid-resistance test conducted at Minot AFB, North Dakota, on 18 and 19 October 1972, are analyzed. The test results indicate the runway surface had good to fair skid-resistance properties and no corrective action was indicated at the time of the test. (Author)
