Report on a Survey of Training Techniques and Devices Applicable to Fleet Ballistic Missile Weapon System Training.

Abstract

The report summarizes the results of a survey on the state-of-the-art educational and training techniques and devices that may have application to current and future Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Weapon System training programs. It summarizes the results of a nation-wide survey of representative military, industrial, and academic institutions using innovative educational or training strategies, and identifies proven methods of training that are more cost-effective than the traditional lock-step lecture/lab approach, supporting these methods with empirical data.
