The Action on Convective Clouds by Powder-Like Reagents,

Abstract

Results of experiments of actions by a coarsely dispersed aerosol on convective clouds of large vertical extent are given. Results indicate the effectiveness of powder-like reagents on thunderclouds, even in the stage of their stormy development when the rate of growth of the cloud vertex reaches 10 m/s. Radar observations of results of the action also indicate the effectiveness of the powder-like reagents.
