The Small-Parameter Method in a Two-Dimensional Problem of the Theory of Elasticity of an Anisotropic Body,

Abstract

The paper presents two methods of representing equations in a two-dimensional problem of elasticity theory and a solution, of the latter by the small-parameter method. With the use of an affine transformation of coordinates, the approximate solution to a two-dimensional problem for an anisotropic body reduces to the solution of two-dimensional problems for isotropic bodies, with which each approximation requires the solution of only one isotropic problem.
