Heat and Mass Transfer in Jets,

Abstract

An experimental study was made of the distribution of the heat transfer coefficient and the propagation of an injected mass on a wall in the region where the injected stream interacts with a supersonic carrier current. Also studied are the development characteristics of the injected jet in the main flow, which are then compared with similar characteristics for standard submerged and wake streams.
